ManyAgents is made by AILOGY LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what data the ManyAgents Mac app, the iPhone companion and this website handle, and where it goes. The short version: your prompts and code go from your Mac to the AI providers you choose, under your own accounts, and never to us.
The Mac app
- No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting. The app does not track how you use it and does not send us usage data or crash logs.
- Agents run on your Mac. ManyAgents drives the Claude Code and Codex command-line tools installed on your Mac and signed in to your own accounts. Your prompts, code and files go from your Mac to Anthropic or OpenAI through those tools, under your accounts and those providers' terms and privacy policies. They are not sent to us.
- Update checks. The app checks for updates by fetching
https://manyagents.app/download/appcast.xml. Like any web request, this reaches our host with standard request details such as your IP address, the app version and the time. We use this only to serve the update. - Your workspace stays local. Projects, conversations, settings and your license file are stored on your Mac.
The iPhone companion (optional)
- An encrypted relay. If you pair an iPhone, the Mac and phone talk through our relay at
relay.manyagents.app. Messages are end-to-end encrypted with a key that only your Mac and phone hold, so the relay routes them but cannot read them. - What the relay stores. Only what it needs to authorize access: pairing credentials (stored as hashes, not in readable form), installation and phone identifiers, and the license IDs that let a paired phone connect. If you allow notifications, it also keeps your phone's Apple push token, encrypted, so it can ask Apple's push service to alert your phone. Pairings that go unused expire and are deleted.
- Connection details. The relay sees your IP address when your devices connect. It uses it in memory to limit abuse and does not write it to its database. Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs.
- Voice and AI keys. If you add your own API keys to the iPhone app for its voice features, they are stored in the iOS Keychain on your phone. The phone talks to Anthropic and ElevenLabs directly with those keys, under your accounts and their terms. We never receive the keys or that traffic.
Licenses and email
When you buy a license by email, we keep your email address, the messages you send us and your license record (who it was issued to, when, and its ID) so we can issue it, reissue it if you lose it, and answer your questions. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
This website
manyagents.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers. Our host receives standard request details, such as your IP address and browser type, when you load a page or download the app.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our hosting and email, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can use the Mac app without the iPhone companion, in which case nothing goes through the relay. You can unpair a phone at any time from the Mac app, which revokes its access on the relay. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your license record or emails deleted, write to us.
Changes
If we change how ManyAgents handles data, we will update this page and its effective date.
